Baklava is a rich, sweet pastry made of layers of filo pastry filled with chopped nuts and sweetened with syrup or honey. I just have to make some departures and add a twist. This month's twist was Cocoa, Raisin n Apricots in the filling with the nuts. In the soaking syrup I used Golden syrup instead of Honey for extra warmth.
